Position Available: Direct Service Staff "Supportive Living Program" Direct Service Staff in the Supportive Living Program work with developmentally disabled adults who have limited needs, assisting them with tasks ranging from balancing a checkbook, to taking public transportation, to working out personal relationships. The degree of disability is different with each client, but the goal of teaching and fostering independence is always the same. Direct Service Staff need to be caring, patient, reliable and good communicators. A high school diploma/GED, a current Washington State drivers license, insurance and a dependable vehicle are required.
