Position Available: Direct Service Staff "Community Protection Program" Direct Service Staff in this program work with developmentally disabled adults who have mental health and behavioral issues. Direct Service Staff need to be caring, patient, reliable, good communicators and skilled in conflict management. A high school diploma/GED, good writing skills and attention to detail are important characteristics for Direct Service Staff. Starting pay is $10 to $12 per hour.
